Sí, Se Puede

Delores Huerta, an historic and powerful advocate, passed on today. Sarah Sanger, then a high school student, now a partner with the firm, arranged for Ms. Huerta to speak at Santa Ynez High and UCSB in 2009.

Sarah recorded an interview with Delores which was published in the Santa Barbara Independent. Reading it now 17 years later, it stands the test of time. It is still accessible at: https://www.independent.com/2009/11/30/interview-dolores-huerta/.

At the moment, the people’s power is in the vote. Sí, se puede — yes we can if we vote and take back the rule of law.
